Accounts List stores your account information locally on your device. Optional backup to Dropbox is available and requires authorization through your Dropbox account.

Easily Manage and Track Your Accounts

Keep your accounts organized and easy to find. Add, edit, or delete accounts, search for specific accounts, and use filters to quickly display the accounts you need.

Use All Accounts, Open Accounts, Closed Accounts, Bookmarked, and Watch List to help organize and monitor your accounts. Recent List makes it easy to return to the list you were previously viewing.

Watch List

Add accounts that you want to remember to review or monitor. Watch List can help you keep track of subscriptions, accounts that may need occasional attention, services you want to review, or accounts you may eventually want to close.

Password Options

Choose the password method that works best for you:

• Manual method: Store the Account ID in the app while maintaining the password separately, such as on paper or in another secure location.

• Encrypted storage: Store a password with the account. The password is encrypted and requires your chosen PIN/passphrase to decrypt and view it.

The app provides help when setting up or changing encrypted password information so you can choose how you want to manage your PIN/passphrase.

Key Features

Account Lists and Filters
Display All, Open, Closed, Bookmarked, Watch List, or searched accounts. Sort accounts by Corporation Name, Account ID, or Open Date.

Search
Quickly search your accounts and return to the list you were viewing when you finish searching.

Add & Edit Accounts
Use the plus icon to add an account and the edit icon to update one. Email and website entries are validated for proper format.

Bookmarks
Bookmark important accounts for quick access from the Bookmarked list.

Watch List
Mark accounts that you want to monitor or remember to review.

Dropbox Backup & Restore (Optional)
Back up your account data in JSON format and restore it when needed using your own Dropbox account. Dropbox authorization and sign-in occur within Dropbox, not within this app.

Password Generator
Generate strong, easy-to-type suggested passwords using combinations of letters, numbers, and symbols. Suggested passwords can be added or deleted as needed.
